Stellar customer service
I highly recommend 2cloud.eu hosting. I issued a support ticket at 1:00am in the morning. (I messed up on a WordPress uninstallation) They responded to the ticket and had the problem solved in 20 minutes!! The server is very stable. I have never experienced downtime. For any questions, even the low priorities, they reply to me really fast and very helpful. They even help me solve my website's problems which is far beyond my expectation.

It's the best web hosting I have used
My previous host was so bad, my site was down almost daily, I found 2cloud.eu and have never looked back. And as a web designer, I'm getting more clients needing more capable hosting and have already brought several of them to this web host. Their support is amazing and I've yet to see any host that even compares with support options and availability. The uptime is great, the promise of 99.9% is correct, and staff and customers work together to create one of the best online communities.

Excellent pricing for a lot features
I enjoy having 2cloud as my provider, and have never had any real issues with them or my site. They have been so good me, helping me setup Magento which would not run on my last hosting provider's servers. Not only this but my site is now so fast. To have a hosting provider with support that actually care, and a site that works for such a small amount of money really is fantastic.

I would been trying to get a PHP class installed and working and was having problems, my previous host would not help with anything they hadn't installed themselves and would always ask for money before they'd help anyway I mailed 2cloud provider support and they kept at the problem until it was solved... recommended!

I've never had a bad day with 2Cloud VPS. If I ever encounter a problem with my services I always receive a fast, accurate response! The difference with them is the technical support.
