Keeps stripping down included services
Budget hosting I get it but my nitpick is they keep reducing mail enable features. For years I had anti spam features and better management features. Now, it is gone and stripped down unless those features are paid for.

Good overall some glitches
I've been pretty happy with 3essentials over the years. But they recently migrated my website and emails without advance warning. Took three tries (remote techs) until I go one that unblocked me from my emails.
