Right host.
4 years and counting without any letdowns regarding my website being hosted. As affordable as any other provider and the support (only needed once though) was prompt and thorough.

Do not expect a refund if you switch service providers
They just took out annual billing as I was changing host providers. When I contacted them for the refund for 11 months, I was told there was no refund for the hosting I will not use. Their servers were quite slow for my site so I decided to move to another hosting company.

No reminder emails
This company does not send reminder emails about renewing your yearly fees and automatically takes it off your credit card. It would have been nice to have notice because I wanted to cancel. However, no notice, so I wasn't reminded and then they took money off my credit card. Very disappointing and leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. I tried to cancel last year, but no one helped me when I called about it so I couldn't get it cancelled. Figured it out finally and cancelled after they took another payment from my credit card. These guys are awful
