A FAITHFUL FOLLOWER
I've been with 5CloudHost for 3 years now and have no complaints. I just recently revamped my website, which took a couple weeks and numerous uploads without incident. I'm a little disturbed that 5CloudHost is not one of those web host providers that pops-up during a search of web hosting companies. I just did a search of 100 web hosting providers FROM webhostingbuddy and 5CloudHost was not on the list.
That tells me that 5CloudHost must be doing something wrong in getting the word out. I honestly don't know how I stumbled onto 5CloudHost 3 years ago, given the obscurity of the company.
It might be a good thing for me, because if 5CloudHost was a popular provider, it would probably be costing me more.

You guys have an amazing team! 5cloudhost customer support were a great help in getting my account set up! Having talked to them via Skype to confirm whether my order had gone through, they got my account set up quickly and easily. These guys also sent me the information I needed to get started with configuration and WordPress, and answered my questions about domain transfer from another web host. Everything works fine with this host.
