Worst Support I've ever encountered!
They must be going out of business. I cannot access CPanel or FTP in. I have client sites hosted there and they are not responding to support tickets or phone calls. My sites are down and now I'm relocating my client sites to another service.....

Worst support I've encountered for hosting
If you need ANY support at all, they're terrible. Their UK support has 1000+ messages and doesn't exist, and they just ignore your tickets after a while. We had to leave as they couldn't get Authentication working for our system, which is pretty basic.

Very bad service
If you need this service for production, forget it. My server was down for days in a row, nobody answer my email / tickets. Later same happened with my domain. I really think you should not use it, or just for testing...

Excellent hosting services
I have been with AcuGIS for about four months now. I selected them based on other reviews I saw here. Great performance, support, and lots of GIS tools that will really help me out for some upcoming projects.

Solid Service
We've had our GeoServer hosting with acugis going on 3 years now. The service has been very reliable and the few tickets we did need to open were handled quickly.

Excellent
I found Acugis on Google whilst looking for geoserver hosting for my studies. My previous knowledge of geoserver was very little however acugis helped me every step of the way which helped alleviate some of the stress I had about meeting deadlines.

Look elsewhere!
Buggy hosting. Lousy support. The only thing that works consistently is the billing. Get your hosting somewhere else.

Waste of money for Omeka support
Despite their advertising, it is impossible to install Omeka using their hosting service. Despite multiple service calls and emails, the issue has not been resolved and all emails have been ignored. Avoid this hosting service!
