Great service. We have multiple Lizmap installations with AcuGIS we've created over the past year. Some new, some migrated from another host. No drama, everything hums along the way it should.

acugis.com has awful support!
AcuGIS isn't able to work proper with professional costumers.

We migrated our application to AcuGIS and need some special MySQL-Setting, we were not allowed to change. Shouldn't be a big thing... Nothing happened for 10 days! We placed 3 tickets to "support" and "sales".

Is it a letterbox company? May somebody reading this could visit the "Suite 400"? :-)

Average speed, extremely poor service, frequent outages
I used to like acugis but I've had extreme challenges with their customer support / tech support. The email server I'm on has been down for a few weeks and they've completely ignored tickets submitted. I called them and someone answered the phone but the moment they realized what I was calling about he hung up and appears to have blocked by number.

PostGIS queries also take around 2-3 times longer than on competing providers I've been testing

Used to be good, now no support and no service.
The first two years went by without issues. The last half year however, the service kept stopping. After struggling with inresponsive support, that did not help for two months even when contacting through various channels (tickets, email) I gave up on this service.

Couldn't Ask For More

The GIS tools are just great, way better than anything else we have worked with. Ample resourcess well. We're still on the initial plan we began with in 2016 and haven't had to upgrade to increase disk, bandwidth, etc..

In our second year of hosting and very happy. The GIS tools save a lot of time. On demand scaling is also a big plus as we scale both up and down depending on class sizes.

Very Poor Customer Service and Support
I was given money to pay for DSpace Hosting. After the setup, I patiently waited for them to customize the Dspace with our logo and colour. After waiting for about 8 months, I had to use my money to pay another company to host DSpace for my University.

Worst Support I've ever encountered!
They must be going out of business. I cannot access CPanel or FTP in. I have client sites hosted there and they are not responding to support tickets or phone calls. My sites are down and now I'm relocating my client sites to another service.....
