$35 worth of "Support Credits.
I had a very disappointing experience with Adaptive Web Hosting. I cannot even open a support ticket unless I purchase **$35 worth of "Support Credits."
I purchased an ASP.NET hosting plan from adaptivewebhosting.com, expecting basic reliability and customer support. Unfortunately, my website suddenly went down, and when I tried to contact their support team, I discovered that I cannot even open a support ticket unless I purchase **$35 worth of "Support Credits."**
This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. When your hosting provider's service goes down, the most basic expectation is that you can contact support without being forced to pay extra just to report an issue.
Charging customers additional money simply to open a support ticket especially when their service is already down feels very unfair and unprofessional.
If you are considering this hosting provider, I strongly recommend thinking twice. Reliable hosting companies provide accessible support when things go wrong, not paywalls.
