No Customer Service
I have been trying to contact customer service for over a month with several problems but they will not answer their phone, return a call, respond to an email, or fix a problem. Their trouble ticket contact doesn't work.

The absolute worst - Avoid at all costs - You are warned!
Was with them for more than 10 years, paying close to $30 per month. I finally get rid of them because of high web hosting charge, then can't get access to my own domain (they were admin. contact) I own for years, and now it's on open market for auction.

Excellent reliabilty
Have 3 sites and a blog with them. Servers seem fast and reliable. Excellent support for both WordPress and Drupal when I migrated my site over. Prices are good.

Absolutely ZERO support and even less communication regarding problems. I am attempting now to move my website due to numerous problems with Adaptive.net

No support when problem arise. Unable to transfer domain because they were listed as ADMIN contact. Finally I got in touch with the Support group for the Main Registrar for my domain and explained the problem. They made the changes so that ADMIN email

The worst god damn support I've ever received from a company. They dont' give a shit about you even if you've been loyal for 10 years like I have.. It use to be good.., stay away!!!!!!!!
