Great support, when needed
I've been with ANH for almost 7 years now, rarely there is a problem, but when their is, its fixed lightning fast. For example today my site was giving a database error, they were able to fix it on the phone while I waited. (It was due to an old pass).

Shut our account down accidentally because thier minimum-wage "tech" was a moron. Down weekly because they allow so many hackers on our server. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

man these guys suck... they have server problems that they will not tell you about.... the customer service... are not helpful or knowledgeable. the company seems to be taken over by northhost - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Sales are always friendly and contactable on the phone. But once I signed up, it went straight down hill. I ended up arguing with the owner and walking away to a new firm within a week.

Be careful, this host writes perfect reviews about its self. So you have to wonder how good it really is. Its awful !!

I signed up with AdvancedNetworkHosts.com in October. I decided not to launch my business right away. I called up, my call was answered immediately and they were able to get me my 30 day money back guarantee on the spot. I am definately going back soon

Support uncontactable, but sales always answers, only about 80% uptime! does not give 30day refund advertised, tries to prevent transfer to another host, all in all, completely unethical and a terrible firm to work with. I would never recommend them.
