I feel very comfortable with them, even if sometimes it happens that does not work, but they manage to resolve everything in less than 1 hour, and this is fundamental for me.
I recommend it to everyone

Ok, but uptime not as promised.
My website was down a lot of the time. Uptime was about ~98%, which is terrible compared to the 99.99% promised. Customer service was ok, they solved problems efficiently enough. Server speed was pretty bad but bearable. For $15 it's quite good though.

Very slow servers and down 60 % of the upkeep time. Anyways, good technical support. Not recommended for big websites.

Cookie Cutter Customer Service
I have had Agilityhoster.com for Years. Their webhosting is awesome but thier customer service is horrible. I can not talk to anyone without getting a pre-written message about my situation, like it was copied and pasted. I will not renew my plan again.
