I wish I could say the same as some of the others. Not once has my website even got put online. I was having some issues with it so i done like i was asked..create a support ticket. I did, and still going on 2 weeks later, still no response and my website is still down. I guess had I paid fior this maybe the customer service would be better....but after a time, like ive had, there's no way I'd sink money into this and I highly recommend finding one with better customer service.

Complete disaster
After installing the WordPress the home page was displayed for a short time. Then editing and saving the pages was not possible and and error was displayed: Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.
The Home page is not displayed anymore but the default page with this text is displayed:

ALCHosting service is one of the best free hosting services out there. They provide phenomenal customer support and the domain propagation is quick.I got my domain verified in two hours! If you're on the fence about ALCHosting I highly recommend this service. It is hands down the best free hosting service, and I highly recommend it.Their customer service and domain verification and the time it takes it active is phenomenal!

Amazing service and reliability
We have been using alchosting since we started our venture and they have done nothing but deliver, they are ALWAYS at the end of the phone ready to work with in you on getting your issues resolved, if you are a beginner they have unrivaled products to get you started at the most competitive prices and offers, if you want to develop and expand they are on hand to give you all the tools you need do to so, all while keeping consistency on pricing. You will have to apply yourself in getting things sorted, but they will hold your hand. We had a great experience with yet again another member of their team today *Emman, server team* which has prompted another review from us.

The cheapest VPS I found. The best resources and quality.
Great and quick support with very good prices and performance. Had a question regarding ubuntu setup, and the support helped me very quickly. The VPS price/specs ratio are very good.
