Abuse report handled with a standard refusal
I contacted AlexHost regarding a documented abuse report involving a website hosted on their infrastructure. In my case, I did not receive any meaningful substantive review. The ticket was closed, and I received a standard reply stating that no action would be taken without a formal request from a competent authority. Two other providers, as well as Cloudflare, had already reacted previously in relation to the same matter. Based on my experience, AlexHost's handling of this report was disappointing.
