Abuse report handled with a standard refusal
I contacted AlexHost regarding a documented abuse report involving a website hosted on their infrastructure. In my case, I did not receive any meaningful substantive review. The ticket was closed, and I received a standard reply stating that no action would be taken without a formal request from a competent authority. Two other providers, as well as Cloudflare, had already reacted previously in relation to the same matter. Based on my experience, AlexHost's handling of this report was disappointing.

Quite a normal hosting
Everything works for me from the very beginning stably. I ordered hosting at the selected rate, uploaded two sites, then a few more and everything is smooth and stable. No complaints. I didn't ask for support because I know everything in principle. In general, everything is positive.
