Money scammers - stay way
I got charged for a domain i got i believe 1 year ago and i totally remembered to turn off the renewal button but last night i got charged 69.99 for that domain and they said because of the policy for domains they cannot refund my
money , ofc i will neve

Empty promises and awful service/support
During sales/signing process, everything was good. But they made a total mess of transfer from old host. We had no emails for a week. And even now we have constant issues w/ emails (rejections, undelivered mails, etc). Stay away. Your business will suffer

IP Constantly Blacklisted
Been with AltusHost ~2.5yrs. Nearly every month my IP's been blacklist due to, "flagged IP neighbourhood..." This is due to their other customer's SPAMing.
I've spent hundreds of dollars, outside my hosting cost, trying to ensure I am whitelisted.
