Right now my server has been down for over 24 hours and I have gotten no more information than "Our technicians are working on the problem." For years until now there had not been a major problem.

Company Response: Too many sites per server/frequent downtime/shut down site over bandwidth-wasn't near my limit!
Never once had a problem. True 24/7 support, friendly, there when ya need em. Get this service.
