Terrible service, misleading contract, constant problems
Extremely disappointing experience. I had ongoing technical issues, and every time they sent a technician, they just swapped the router and left without investigating the real problem. The issue was clearly with the signal from their side, but support always claimed “everything looks fine in our system.” Spoiler: it wasn't. Customer service was helpless—completely useless every time I called. To make it worse, they locked me into a 1-year contract without informing me I had the right to a 6-month option, as stated in their own agreement. Because of their poor service, I almost lost my remote job. Artmotion caused me stress, wasted my time, and offered zero solutions. Never again.
