I used G service for a long time, then I wrote a really massive video website that needed a lot of power. G would not allow me to run my video site, Arvixe runs my video site without issue. That is value!! I wrote a search engine due to the resources

Money is worth it!
I'm on 'PersonalClass' and my money is worthit (4$/month)! Everything suits up well but I hope they could add a dedicated IP inclusive of the package. Customer Service is up 24/7! Great deal!

I love how fast Arvixe respond to my emails. Anytime I got a problem they are always there to assist me.
I run a video site http://itube.co.ke and at no time have I ever had my users (over 10k) complaining of downtimes or even errors on video conversion

Problem with Jasmine Server
When I initially joined I was on violet and that seemed to be the new machines. Things ran fine. Now I am on Jasmine and that box is having serious issues. They were down a whole weekend and lost the backups. At this point Im not happy with them.

Arvixe, veru slow hosting with bad support and down of site
I got very bad service. When I use chat the worker come after hour or more later. If I write mail the qa team answer in the next day.
My site was every two day down, and support fix it only tommorow.

Good service, slooooooow speed
Service at Arvixe is always quick and polite, but issues never seem to get resolved. Our email is so slooow to load (when it loads at all) that it is virtually unusable. Countless tickets submitted have failed to resolve the issue

Awesome Hosting I've ever been use
I'm really satisfied with the product they provide a small package like Personal Class. The Hosting was really great to work with wordpress.
I'm never getting any trouble when the technician fix all a problem that i face during the using of the host.
