Nice hosting but...
If you running small, personal website without any forums then this hosting it's not so bad. But when you try to install a forum with some plugins they will close your site down and will push you to upgrade your account with more expensive hosting plan...

Company Response: Hi Andrew, Some plugins use more resources than others which can cause high loads on your account. In these cases we recommend an upgrade or to optimize the site which would be done by removing the offending plugins.

Poor Customer Service and Unresponsive Server
I understand hardware issues from time to time but my site was inaccessible for days, continue to get a server unresponsive message every two or three clicks through my site files.

Was told to be patient while the fixed this "minor" problem.

Company Response: Hi Jared, We are sorry for the issues you had. Checking with the server management team the server was not down for days. It did go read-only but was fixed quickly, a matter of hours. We would like to work with you, please contact QA [@] arvixe.com.

Worst Support
For unknown reason these guys deleted my whole website and its taking more than 10 days to restore the website, think about ir before hiring this guys

Company Response: Hi, Some files had to be removed for the restore you requested. The tech tired to restore individual files but that failed so a full restore was done. There were over 1.6 million files on your site so a restore would take awhile to complete.

AWESOME SUPPORT!!!
Arvixe support is amazing! I recently had an issue logging into my control panel the team got back to me the very same day. I requested that they help me set up a Wordpress blog and that was up within the day as well, and this was ON THE WEEKEND!!!
