While the term "unlimited" storage might not be entirely accurate, I found a positive aspect to this. When I reached close to 1TB of data, my files were seamlessly transferred to Arz Host's Cloud Storage option. This transition provided an opportunity for me to explore their additional storage solutions, and I discovered a more cost-effective option with external S3 services. The process of moving my files, though time-consuming, turned out to be an educational experience. Moreover, Arz Host accommodated my situation by offering a refund after my upfront payment due to automated billing.

While I had a challenging experience with tech support due to an infrastructure failure that disrupted my DNS, I appreciate the overall service and affordability of ARZ Host. The initial resolution process was admittedly less than ideal, with instructions to report issues when another domain went down, which took more than seven days to resolve. This did require opening multiple support tickets for various issues, and the compensations offered for the outage were not very substantial. Despite the specific issues I faced, I acknowledge that ARZ Host provides a service that is affordable and functional for many users.

For more than a year, I hosted my reseller account with ARZHost and encountered some initial challenges with site speed. While my websites weren't particularly large, and I had put a lot of effort into optimizing the backend, it was taking a bit longer than expected, around 15 to 30 seconds for my sites to load. What's interesting is that when I ran page speed tests, they consistently showed no issues. Despite these initial hurdles, I appreciate ARZ Host's dedication to resolving the problem.

Even though there were some delays, the Arz Host team actively worked with me to address the situation. I did encounter a few moments where I thought the issue might not be resolved in time for my time-sensitive work, but in the end, they came through. Two-Factor Authentication Problem Resolved
I have been facing a minor problem while trying to access my C-PANEL on ARZ Host. The issue was related to the 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) process with Google Authenticator generating codes that weren't recognized. The ARZ Host support team quickly recognized the problem and offered a simple and effective solution: removing the 2FA option from my account.
