I had an issue before, but ARZ Host was able to resolve it and provide good support. I can confidently give them 5 stars.
There are no unnecessary restrictions or sudden changes, and the modules I use work properly. Support is fast, responsive, and technically knowledgeable.
Simple access via PuTTY works properly, and I can connect to my VPS without any issues.
My modules work well, and cron jobs run automatically. When a website migration is needed, ARZ Host gives proper notice so my team has enough time to handle licensing and make sure clients have their DNS records updated.
The pricing is clear, and the support is top tier. They respond fast and resolve issues properly. My websites stay online, storage works well, and I haven't had issues with the tmp folder causing sites to crash.
Highly recommended.

So far happy with the hosting service
So far I am happy with ARZ Host's hosting service. I wanted to check TTFB for UK customers, and the performance was good. I used their service for 1-2 days and had a smooth experience.
When I contacted them about a refund, the process was handled quickly without needing to open a PayPal case.

A great experience. Fortunately, my sites stayed online and I did not lose sales due to downtime. The ARZ Host server worked reliably without hardware overheating or drive issues. My data remained safe and accessible throughout the service.
The company handled its server management properly and made sure customers had access to their data without unnecessary speed limitations.
When I contacted arzhost team the customer service team was helpful and discussed my concerns with me even though the hosting was through a reseller. Great experience and helpful customer service. I was able to keep my data safe and continue using the service with confidence.
