A great experience
A great experience. Fortunately, my sites stayed online and I did not lose sales due to downtime. The ARZ Host server worked reliably without hardware overheating or drive issues. My data remained safe and accessible throughout the service.

The company handled its server management properly and made sure customers had access to their data without unnecessary speed limitations.

When I contacted arzhost team the customer service team was helpful and discussed my concerns with me even though the hosting was through a reseller. Great experience and helpful customer service. I was able to keep my data safe and continue using the service with confidence.

Great support is a partnership
I run web operations for several business clients on an ARZ Host managed VPS. During a routine deliverability audit, I found that contact-form email was silently failing: the server accepted messages but never delivered them. I traced it to a subtle misconfiguration — five hosted domains had their email on external providers like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Zoho, but the server was still routing their mail locally.

Fixing it needed root access, which is where the ARZ Host support team came in. I gave them a specific diagnosis and request, and they handled it in real time on live chat: rerouted email for all five domains, pulled the exact mail-server logs I asked for so we could verify each change, and set up DKIM signing with the matching DNS record.

When my tests kept coming back "not yet," they stayed with the issue until we had full confirmation, including the client verifying receipt in their inbox before we ended the chat.

That's the managed-hosting arrangement working exactly as it should: I handle the investigation and verification, they handle the server, and nobody lets go until it's proven fixed. Five stars for the ARZ Host team's patience and follow-through.
