The service worked well during the first year and I was able to manage my site without major issues. After some automatic system updates the site occasionally experienced compatibility issues that required support assistance.

Site Stability Issues After Changes
I had an older experience where my website used to work fine but after a few updates over time it started feeling less stable with small things breaking or not behaving the way they used to. A friend of mine had his website go down due to a security issue and for days he couldn't figure out what was wrong. He was pretty stressed since the site was completely inaccessible.

Contact Form Issue Resolved
The contact form on my site had stopped sending messages. Users were filling it, but nothing was reaching the inbox, which was a serious issue.
Tried multiple fixes earlier, but the results were inconsistent and confusing.
