I did have a minor problem with customer service, but arz host responded very quickly to resolve it. They were courteous and heard me out without any difficulty.
In contrast to my experiences with other hosts in the past arz host gave me a solution that really suited me. Their support team worked very hard to fix everything in a professional manner.
I was amazed at how smoothly everything went, particularly after some problems with other hosts. Arz host took care to keep me informed at each stage.
Their customer service is really client-centered, and I felt appreciated for the entire process. It's not something I've experienced with a lot of other hosts.
