Sad to say this company seems to be slipping very badly. I would have given them straight 4.0 ratings in all categories a few months ago.

Significant periods of down time that aren't noticed until I complain. Support is slow to respond. Disabled major PHP functions without warning and wiped out all of my clients who were using WordPress. Email often has periods of inaccessibility.
