A Unethical Operation
I had used for over 2 years with 5 sites on 2 different accounts. Things were fine until June 2023. Said server went down and the change out would take 6 hours. I'm still waiting a week later. Tickets were removed and no response. My second account got a maintenance notice, then went offline also. Again no response. Both are pre-paid yearly accounts. Such a scam to leave site holders in the dark. Just say you ran out of money and are going under. Don't even think about using this place. I can back this review with screen shots of the site admin panel.
