Can be good
If I clear my browser cache, and try loading my site, it is slow as f#@k.
While ping is not a reliable metric of server speed, the server drops between 20% to 50% of packets. Why?
I've been with bigbytes for like a decade, but am going to try a different service.

Worst service ever used
Cant manage the DNS records of my domain properly. somehow foundationapi.com is parked for the DNS of my domain. on the management console, I cannot change the NS servers for my domain. bigbytes.net have a new support portal and i have not account with it

Cheap, but
I can't comment on the other criteria, but I can say that slow and unresponsive "support" to answers for questions you shouldn't have to ask will make you wonder if get you've made the wrong choice by selecting big bytes.

I have had 3-6 sites hosted on Bigbytes, some for more than 7 years. The servers are very stable and reliable, and the price is excellent.

Great, cheap PHP/MySQL host. I've used their $0.82/mo package for over a year, and I love it. Good tech support. Infrequent technical problems. Best value.

I have been using them for 3 years.
It was wroking fine until yesterday.
Hope it resumes later. Anyway, it very very cheap so I won´t complain.

Hosting was fine for a while - now they have suspended my account without notice (for some reason the automatic payments did not happen) and now I haven't been able to get hold of anybody from BigBytes whatsoever. Do they still exist? Turned into a scam?

Fir over 1 1/2 years we have been a customer of bigbytes.net. For the majority of that time support was excellent, communications excellent. For over 1 month our site has either been down, we have had no access to our cpanel and cannot get any response.
