A professional approach by their team
The domain management panel in the dashboard given by BigRock is easy to handle. We purchased domains from BigRock at a huge discount on the Black Friday Sale. There is nothing to dislike about a brand like BigRock especially when they have such a set process as a service. You can get clarity on your doubts at any point in time from their support. I would surely recommend them for their domain name variety and if someone wants to transfer their domain from their existing registrars to BigRock.

Remarkably consistent and trustworthy as a brand
The domains' security is exceptional. I must note that when I bought a.IN domain for my company site from BigRock three or four years ago, I also acquired Comodo and SSL protection. There is no question that their assistance is beneficial. Most importantly, my site will not have any speed or security issues. The site is HTTPS and has a domain name that I chose. The best aspect is that BigRock stays up to date with ICANN rules, so I don't have to worry.

I've been using BigRock Hosting for over 2 years after getting the .COM domain for myself and I can definitely guarantee it. The support team is great and I used the chat feature to connect with them. In addition to my .COM domain and hosting, which I purchased in 2018, I have also added SSL to my website. With an SSL commitment, they ensure that my website is not only secure but effective as well.

Fantastic for .COM domains
Opted for a domain ending in.COM for the new site. BigRock will be our provider for the domain name and cloud hosting both because their plans were well within our budgets and the domain name they provided was something we were looking for. Choosing between the players wasn't a difficult decision for us, but the pricing and brand name were enough for us to decide that BigRock will be our provider for the domain name and cloud hosting both.


In general, we have gained a significant amount of knowledge as a result of this experience.

We were really lucky this past year in that despite the economic problems we were able to find a supplier that could help and support us and get our site up and running.

They also offered really affordable domain name services and enough hosting. We were seeking for a domain name that was relevant to what we did (rare veggies), and we discovered the name we were looking for on bigrock. Working with their assistant, who provides excellent responses to questions, has been a pleasant experience overall.
