Solid experience
I have been using BigRock hosting for over 2 years since I got the .COM domain and I can definitely guarantee it. Your support team is great and I use chat to connect with them. Together with my domains, COM domains and that hosting. I bought in 1999. 2018 also includes SSL on my website, and with their SSL commitment they ensure that my website is not only secure but functions effectively.

A good service provider for domains, can improve though
Decent renewals, but still can do a lot with features as they are the same for the last 3 years. I have seen the new marketplace feature but it's not really something I am looking to build upon. Just hope that they don't increase renewals much. Otherwise, service is good and the support team's assistance is something that one can talk a lot about.

BigRock's domains are simple and easy to acquire
Good experience having domains for my blogs and website purchased from BigRock. Chose them from their sheer dominance in the domain names enterprise.

Whilst you say domain names, you gotta visit BigRock. I had my very own.IN domain website up last year and till now, the experience has been exceptional.

There aren't any problems with support. I feel they have truly understood the meaning of customer expectations and service and are dutiful in rendering services too.

Domains are of huge variety..
By and large, my experience has been remarkable with BigRock. There are a lot of domain names you can peruse if you are smaller than a normal SMBor even a big player. Whether or not you have the understanding, their support is kind enough to help and that is critical. I am glad that I chose BigRock but to be frank, they can be a lot more cheaper.

Hosted for my friend's website on the BigRock domain and was impressed by the level of service at the price they provided. The benefit of working with a good brand is that they follow all the best practices and the service is smooth. Only one feedback for improvement- your Linux hosting can be faster. As it is it was a shared plan and downtime in some cases is not a great sign. Else, everything is fine.

Getting a domain name of your choice possible with BigRock..
I purchased a .com domain name which was a very niche in my category and I got it at a really premium deal from BigRock. The good part is that the domain name had everything to do with the things I wanted to talk about and the long-term business I wanted to set myself. A good provider of domains, fairly competitive pricing
In most cases you find variety of domains that are over priced. Such is not the case with Bigrock. Their linux shared hosting is also effective. Over all the uptime and speed is okay but they need to workaround their support's response time.
