TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
Total lack of customer service. My e-mail accounts have been on and off for three weeks. Call customer service and you get the Philippines. Can't tell you what the problem is so they tell you it has to go to their "escalation team". Total garbage!

not a secure site
I have called several times to complain about my emails used for spam, their site is not secure!! When you try to make it secure (https://) it wont accept it. Sucks

a sort of nice tool to build a simple site, but confusing to complete
Company Response: Not a place to invest your company, customer service is POOOOOR
Nice site tools.
Company Response: No support even after you upgrade. Email forms on site go nowhere.
