Don't say you were not warned if you read this and still use BHN. It is without any doubt a form of scam, since They basically don't exist online or in person(via phone). Our site has been off for a week now.

This is bad hosting choice
My problem is i could not create new emai, i contact them and added more tickets, but unfortionatly without any response!!!

No customer support at all!
Bizhostnet.com is the worst hosting company ever! Zero customer support. They have not responded to my emails and support tickets for over two years and they have not refunded my double payments done via PayPal.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM BIZHOSTNET
DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER, THIS IS THE ABSOLUTELY WORST MSP there is out there. Save yourself the headache and spend another dollar to get a better hosted provider. They do NOT respond to tickets, they are constantly down issues for over a year

STAY AWAY, HORRIBLE, DON'T EVEN THINK TO SIGN UP EVEN FOR FREE.
My hosting and domain renewal fee was paid 10 days before the expiration date and my domain was not renewed. Website down 15 days, no support, no phone, no emails answered. I switched to a real company.
If you are current customer, go away asap from them

Horrible
Over the 3 years, I've had email lost because of their outage, they tried to charge me for backup/restore when it's their fault. I've had more web outages than I can count. They are absolute disgusting.

Bizhostnet is absolute garbage
Stay away from BizHostNet.com. They are absolute garbage.
Our website and emails were down for over 5 days. Couldn't get them to respond to our trouble tickets. When we told them to cancel our account they responded in less the 10 minutes. Garbage.

Lack of Customer Service
The customer service is very slow in responding (helpful when they do), but there are no phone numbers for this company. And in this instance, we cant even e-mail them, and the time frame given for service to be restored has come and gone. NOT GOOD !

Reliability is key. I have encountered two outages in these two weeks.
Generally I am happy with Bizhostnet.com's service. I think it is value for money if you are only using it for leisure purpose.
I have got a business website and in the past two weeks, I have encounted two major outages (2 to 3 hours each).
