Mormon based company, your server mysteriously will go down often if another client publishes something they are against. Unlimited is not true, too many files will get you locked up with lots of hoops to jump. Just not worth all the hassles anymore.

Two and a half years now, no real problems. I dinged them a bit, though, for not allowing direct DNS record updates. You have to go through their tech support and have it done manually.

Bluehost used to be good. NOT NO MORE. In the past year, lots of downtime, tech support has gotten surly and unhelpful. They blame downtimes on you when ultimately, they find it was on their end but won't own up to it. Terrible, terrible company.

Ummm...so many sites talked about Bluehost, so I did have a try. Then, I like it!! Their price is quite reasonable comparing to service and package. Sometimes they didn't reply so quick but it is still in acceptable range
