What Technical Support?
You get a different person every time you call and none of them can actually help. I purchased SSL, my site was saying we didn't have SSL, called tech support and they couldn't figure it out. On day fourteen of my site saying I don't have SSL. Leaving.

Bluehost is a nightmare
Amazingly poor customer service (overworked, ignorant, illiterate). Very slow responses, but loads of up-sales and junkmail. And service outages. All this in a week's time! They say they're giving my money back but I don't believe them. Very unethical.

Worst security and equally bad tech support
I am hosted on Bluehost since 2009. Earlier they were very prompt. Within an hr the tech support tickets would solve issues. Since last 3 years, they have deteriorated in Security, Uptime & Tech support.The last straw is India tech center who know zero.

Used to be the best - not anymore
I've had several sites at Bluehost over a period of 6 years. Their tech support used to be amazing - but something has changed. I've had several dealings with them in the past month and quality has slid very sharply. I cannot recommend them.

I have been with Bluehost for more than a dozen years and given them lots of referrals. I regret that now. Recently, the problems mount: 9 times my site have been down in the past year, support blames the customer, allows hacking, they just don't care.

Going Downhill
I have 4 sites on BlueHost and I'm getting ready to move them to elsewhere. BlueHost was great, but over the last two years, they have been becoming slower, downtime is increasing, and tech support has gone from great to iffy.
