Arnold K was very helpful in my situation. He was fast and addressed the issue promptly. Our server came down it was back up in no time. I appreciate the chat option; I can get almost all of my issues fixed.

My Server compromise today and contacted to Support. Samuel was member of BodHost Team. He resolved issues and explain why this is compromise and what is solutions. He has fixed all possible access to protect server in future.
