Working with BodHost over 8 years and I am very satisfied with the company.
The differential bodhost is the service via chat, always solving problems at the time.

poor mail server, black listed alnist weekly
Customer for many years, shared server. spam is being sent from the shared server resulting the server getting black listed, our email gets blocked. They submit requests to get of the blacklist, week to days later the server is blacklisted again. Avoid

Solid service 5 years running
Have been with bodhost for several years, their pricing is fair and service is very good. The 24/7 chat and phone support is why I have kept my business at bodhost.

Having contacting support I got through to an engineer called Perry. I cannot fault the way he handled my issues. Detected and rectified my fault within a few minutes, helped me by answering questions and giving me advice. Cannot fault Perry, well done !

Bad Customer Service
Their technical support is less than desirable,I couldn't understand them (heavy accent). I canceled in September of 2015 and its 11/2015 and I'm still waiting on my refund - they can't even get this right!! Find someone else to host with.

The best support all time 7 *24 . All technical services are great-full. Only problem is about billing system that there is not any discount for old costumers.

Excellent Service & Support
We are using Bodhost Services since 2011 , Linux Server, Windows 2008 Server and One VPS Server , all server are working perfectly. I had tried lot of other Hosting service provider but Bodhost is excellent , specially Chat Support.
