Just plan bad, If you want a site JUST online its okay, but their support dont know what FTP is and takes 15 mins to answer simple questions. If I wasn't 3 days over my 30day money back. I would ask for my money back. Brainhost - a joke to hosting

The service is terrible. They have never done as promised. It's almost impossible to cancel the account early, and they refuse to refund unused time. I was forced to use them a second and third time being involved with a program. Never again.

This company registered my domain & I paid for 2 yr hosting. Someone has set up a website using my domain and added their own Google Adsense. I have no control or access to cpanel or wp. Repeated tickets have been ignored. This is theft and fraud.

This company really sucks, since 2007 have no technical suppor. In 2003 to 2006 had a good service, but not anymore
Company Response: Our reseller customer could not get support for some of his customer websites and decided to change his reseller host. If he wishes to come back we would be happy to provide any of our services free for 2 months.
