Great Hosting
I have been a web designer since the late 80's and worked with many web hosting companies in my time. Brainhost has been my own hosting site since mid 2011 and there is nothing to say bad about them. The site worked, billing and tech support all AAAAAAA

Bad bad webhosting service, speed and connection
I have tried them since they promoted the cheap cost. I didn't mind the overdone, annoying, promotions during the course of purchasing the cheapest hosting package, but trying to start a website there was a nightmare. The connection FTP is dead slow.

Brain host stinks. I don't know how many times they just decided to take my websites offline.. They didn't tell me, they just did it. Then they couldn't figure out why they had done it. Their cust. service is terrible NEVER AGAIN will I use this company

they took $398.35 out of my acc and now after 7 requests for a refund still nothing.i grt the same reply from them wanting me to ring them or e-mail them as i have e-mailed them 7 times still no luck they are scammers i reckon

Just plan bad, If you want a site JUST online its okay, but their support dont know what FTP is and takes 15 mins to answer simple questions. If I wasn't 3 days over my 30day money back. I would ask for my money back. Brainhost - a joke to hosting

Nothing but trouble. In this week, I've had them rebuild my site twice from the server end.Nothing else would work.
Yesterday the site was totally corrupted. All my content gone.
They did something to get it back and today it won't even load.

Very bad experience I have a domain and 2 addon domains and of the 3 only one is up as i speak and that one even has issues very frustrating get a site up and running only to find after a couple of days its not running anymore looking to get refund
