It works.
I use the server to host my clients. It makes life easy, gives me access to tech support when clients try to do something on their own and break it all, and has been a pleasant experience. This is the third server package I have purchased. I keep coming back and they keep letting me. It works.

We needed a simple hosted FTP site. Setup was pretty simple and straightforward. There were a couple of billing issues we had after adding a dedicated IP address to our site. These issues were quickly and satisfactorily resolved. Very happy.
