I was Burst.net customer for 3 months, my server was down everyday, their support is very slow and not friendly.
I paid for 1 month for my server. but i was trying to go with another company, since their services SUCKS, but they charged me for next mon

They couldn't setup the server correctly. Then when i asked for my money back they refused. I charged them back. They charged me a chargeback fee and then sent me to collections for it!
STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
