Hi,
We are using their USA RDP from last 3 years and everything went smooth. We faced some downtime but that was resolved within 5 minutes by the tech support.
They also upgraded my server from 1Gbps to 10Gbps for free.
Had some issue with the btc payment but it was promptly shorted out by their billing department.

I bought a service from buycheaprdp and it was delivered within 30 minutes. The service was at cheap price and the best quality. The RDP performance is very well. The support i got is very nice.
