Cracking support
I have to say, I have been a customer of Catalyst2 for going on 2 years now and they really are very good. They have recently increased the amount of resources they give each of their customers and their support is second to none. Highly recommended.

Pretty terrible customer support. Don't expect them to respond to more than one email a day and they tend not to understand what you're asking. A simple request can take a week to progress because of this
