No service at all
I have opened multiple support tickets and have been an active customer for the past year. Unfortunately, I have not received any response. The phone lines are not working, and no one answers the chat.

Payment has been taken, but no service has been provided. I am unsure how to proceed with requesting a refund. I have already lost a significant amount of valuable time trying to resolve this issue.

A good service
Rented linux VPS
The payment option I needed didn't work correctly - this problem was fixed in a few minutes after contacting with manager through online chat on their website.
I couldn't reinstall the OS to the one I needed after receiving the server, - they reinstalled it themselves, added a month of free rent (!) and fixed this option in the control panel.
I don't often see such an attitude towards clients, I rented one of the cheapest servers.
I am happy with the service

Worst hosting ever
As title says, this is worst hosting I ever been on. I am a member of CaVPSHosting since May 19, servers stop responding like once or twice a month for a whole day on business hours or even 3 days on weekends. If you go to Client's Control Panel and click on a Network Status.. all servers are RED and shut down or not accessible, the title says.. guess what? "No network problems".

Since I signed up I had to re-arm Windows license every now and then since there were none on my paid VPS(!)

The 24/7 support is a joke. If you submit a ticket with a question when your VPS will be accessible again you'll hear no word in days and then support reply "everything is fine". Yeah, they fix and only then reply.

Strongly advise not to deal with them. Worst cheap hosting ever.

CAVPS are cheaters, as they stole money without providing services
This company are cheaters, as they took money without providing any service. They have stolen my money. Now, I made an official claim with screenshots of their fraudulent behavior to the police and PAYPAL. NEVER USE THEM!!!!!!!!
