There average...
They are average at best... Was a customer for 4 years and had the same problems that I have had elsewhere. Tech support can be great or horrible, no middle ground. Network and server speed is the typical "Shared Hosting" speeds. 2.5-3.0 stars. Average.

They did manage to lost all files for more than 40 domains and they didn't have backups! I'm so angry and sad over this mess. So much work gone forever.

Terrible Customer Service, Complete Lack of Accountabilty
Tried to transfer 2 domains. Initiated transfer on the 23rd of December and it remained pending for weeks. During that time I repeatedly (over 5 times) requested info. They kept telling it was a problem with the previous register, not true.

Well I had a horrific experience with CH. These guys wont think twice to terminate your account. Even there is a glitch they will terminate the account to add to that there slow server speed. Site takes ages to load. Customer support has no idea.

Im still using this webost8planing to switch), but, so far it's bad. the Tech support doesn't know its thing, many limitations set upon, you that gets noticeable if your site is high on traffic. I can't advice this to anyone.

There are many hidden costs in their billing.Though they claim to provide unlimited bandwidth there are hidden limitations in RAM and cpu usage.Their support is fast to respond.They are equally fast in suspending your Account.Beware of them ! "
