Worst service and support ever!
Do NOT sign up with them. It's a insult on every level. I paid the $9 for a month to see how it goes. First week ... awesome ... with fast and flawless access to the apps on my VPS server with them. THEN someone over there hit the breaks. Access and connection speed dropped to the point where working was impossible (click-to-action delay of 1 minute etc.). I have the transcripts of the 20+ support emails. In short: They just don't give a damn. They're in it for the first deposit. I feel sorry for the guys out there who paid 6-12 months up front because you won't see that money ever again.

THE WORST VPS PROVIDER EVER
I asked for my plan to be upgraded.
The blew away the whole VM and lost all my data where I was hosting with plesk software and had several websites being hosted on it.
There support is not helpful at all. And they wont refund me even though I paid for three months in advance.
Never. EVER use these people. STAY AWAY!

Very Difficult to Use
Today, I have lost of time, effort and money trying to connect and use Cheap Windows VPS. I paid the annual plan and will be requesting a refund. They want to say that they tested the service and all is working on their side, but not on mine. Very poor.

SCAM|FRAUD AND LIES
About 2 years ago, I did a review on trust pilot, as they did false advertisement and I didn't get what I paid for.
After all that time, they reported my review and all other users as fake.
They deleted my account, but still got all mails to prove it.

Control panel provides many functions and is nice to use. For 3 days now, the server has been slow, 5-10% normal. After 48 hours of unfruitful "discussions" with tech support, they say they are "working on upgrading the nodes." Refuse requests for refund,

Inconsistant, unreliable, unknowledgeable
Had two VPS servers with them (one in US, one in Europe)
The EU one would shut itself down daily for no reason and dealing with tech support is an exercise in frustration as they have no idea what they're doing, implementing "random" unrelated fixes..

Absolutely useless
Deleted our entire website contents and data in out VPS after a server migration. changed our IP address.
Our business suffered huge loss in revenue and these guys didn't even help at all and past us to their billing team and told us they won't response

Cheap is the only thing good about this company
They lure you in with cheap prices but then its pretty much down hill after the first month. Their support staff are very slow to respond. You don't even get through 1 quarter before they find some reason of suspending your account without notice.

Avoid this company ; I was billed $20 every month and i was getting an email for payments which i was paying promtly
Last month I never received an email to pay and than after 5 days from non paying, they deleted my account and all my data without notice
