I've contacted Cleverdot several times, they don't care.
And when I do get an email response the tone is always snotty and short. Or a copy/paste that MAY answer somebody's questions somewhere but not mine. They're the crappiest host I've ever had. Worthless. Yeah, that's a good word for them.

disappointed
I am really disappointed - I took over the web hosting of an account on their servers and find it very frustrating that there is no online support or phone support...you have to email them and wait for an answer. Better hosts are available.

1. There servers are rarely up for a month straight
2. If there is a problem with a script on your account, they suspend the whole account without telling you.
3. While we have been with them, their cpanel has become very restricted.
