Terrible support
From the-off my contract was plagued by billing and support issues. They appear to have no means of supporting direct debits, their invoices were sporadic - hence payments were easily missed. Fixed IP actually changed once! Simply not a good service.

Nice services. Quick activation. I needed the support a couple times, and always they solved my problems nicely.

Too Cheap? There is a reason for that
I am a complete beginner, so I do not know much. But if your webhost is down the day after you set up your website, I consider that a bad omen. The help responded within a few hours when I was setting up the website, but please consider somebody else.
