No response from either our vps or customer support
We have been a satisfied customer since 2017 but on December 28, 2021, all our vps suddenly stopped responding!
We handed in tickets and asked what happened.
The first answer we got was just a link to their console where we could see all our vps but with new ip addresses and they were not available.
After 9 days of downtime, we received the answer that they had to move our vpses to a new site and that they could not move the IP numbers.
So we had to switch around ip open about 300 domains so then we took the opportunity to switch to another service provider with a more service-oriented customer support.
Services Period: Past customer during September, 2017 - January, 2022
