Thank you to the tech team, and Joshua, who spent a considerable amount of time helping me to understand my tech issue and then fixing it.
Joshua also showed me how to fix it myself, was patient and understanding of this tech numpty, and did not at all make me feel stupid! ;-p

Updating DNS
Joshua was really quick to respond and was able to figure out the reason why the domain was not displaying the right content.

Great technical support, can't say the same for sales.
Had some issues with our mailing service popping up notifications on our phones every 10 seconds. Contacted support and Adonis was able to quickly notify me on how to fix the problem.
Prior to this I had to setup an SSL certificate of my own, which the technical department helped me setup in no time.
I will note that prior to setting up the SSL, the sales rep was very unhelpful. Multiple times telling me they cannot price match as the SSL was different, even after stating the features were identical. Went the long route of installing it myself, then told they can price match. Long delays in migrating data because sales had to have things signed off.
If you can manage to get around the sales team and get directly to a technical person like Adonis, CrazyDomains is alright.

I've not used Crazy Domains a lot, but when I've done it it's been nice and easy, and the customer support team always very helpful! :)
