Good site speed but too much downtime and server problems
If they didn't have server and db problems every two weeks or so I would recommend them. CrystalTech has changed names to NewTek / The SBA

I have used Crystaltech for nearly 3 years, I am based in the UK and am small time web developer. I found they offer a brilliant service, they are on a different time zone thus when you want support you brillent support in no time

"WAS" with Crystal Tech for about 10 years; did not choose them - my previous web company did. BIG MISTAKE. Very poor customer service, many, many problems. Worst company I ever dealt with!!!

Front for fraud as far as I know. They charged $350 to my card and are useless over the phone, will not even tell me what domain I "ordered"

I've been with CrystalTech for over 5 years... so have had happy times until recently. Always been a little unsure of the actual server speed... but now the pricing as an old customer is just too much.
