I canceled well within the 30 day trial period. I contacted them several times about crediting back my annual subscription fee. A month later, they still haven't. I had to contest the charges with my Visa company. Don't do business with CWIhosting.

The reason I stick with CWI year after year is their customer service. I have a very cheap plan yet when I have a question or need something changed I get helpful responses with an excellent turnaround time. Uptime is great as is site load time.

I signed up after talking with sales in a chat. I later found out that half of the features were not available directly to me in the control panel. I asked for a refund and they have yet to give me a full refund. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
