I had my sites with them for a long time until early 2014 when they seem to have just disappeared! I had cancelled my service due to poor service but months later I saw a credit card charge. Only page is up is to sign up new customers. Don't do it!

CWI is awful
For no reason that I can tell my site says it is suspended. I have tried for months to get it back up (luckily it is just a "hobby" site) . I have submitted multiple tickets and just get an automated response without resolution. STAY AWAY from CWI.

CWI Just the Worst Ever
I WAS a customer for several years. In Fall 2013 I terminated my service with CWI via email to the CTO & CEO (phones were disconnected). CWI is still attempting to bill me each month for service. CWI is really a robo billing agency.

Down - lost - out
My server was down and still is. When I contacted the support, only the first ticket was ansererd, all others not. When I tried to contact through "live chat", they blocked my IP! So I had to use a proxy to get it back again. All data lost.

CWI Hosting terrible
I have used CWI Hosting for at least 7 years and rarely had an issue with them. Now my web site and mail are down more than working. If reliability is important to you AVOID CWI Hosting. Their phone number on their own site has been disconnected.

Avoid CWI HOSTING like you would avoid DEATH
This company was purchased by another and has stopped answering their phone. Our servers went up and down like a yo-yo. They take waaay to long to fix technical issues. If you want your domain to be up all the time...NEVER USE CWI HOSTING!!!!!!

Sites and Mail are DOWN
Does anyone know if they are still in business? All of our sites and email are down and I can't get any info as THEIR SITE is down as well.
We need to get our info from them in order to move to another provider!!

Worst Hosting Service
I've been with CWIhosting for years, they were not the best in customer service but at least they responded.
However, in recent years, customer service quality have been going down to the point where there is not even a customer service.

Very Unsatisfactory Customer Service & Billing
Love incompetent service? You will love CWI! This is our third and final year with them...we a moving! Phone calls not returned. Emails not answered...finally got a person in billing only to find out they do not read their email...no wonder no answer!

An incompetent, unreliable company-support is useless. Any host that takes weeks to restore web & email services should close up shop and stop torturing people. Just a terrible overall experience.
