Never faced any downtime, great attitude
I moved from BigRock as suggested by one of my colleagues. I was confused in beginning just because of the pricing but it's around a year and honestly, I never faced any downtime so far. They have the open live status of their servers and I think it's a great point of honesty with a positive attitude.

They did well, fixed my all problem with moving my hosting
Sometimes the grass is not always greener, I have some issues in terms of supporting certain platforms etc in the where I have had hosting in the past.
I was little scared in the starting but they did well, fixed my all problem with moving my hosting.

Guys behind cyberin most dedicated support ever I was seen.
Also, no issue with hosting like downtime etc, SSD behind server is powered by DigitalOcean.
