Absolutely terrible service from D2M
I have been a client of D2M Hosting Solutions for a number of years and have sent them quite a few new clients, but, over the past while their service has dropped to abysmal.
First automatic domain renewals kept being billed to my clients, sometimes twice a month. Ash blamed me (wordpress security issues or some such) for it, then told me he'd changed servers and it wouldn't happen again - which it didn't, so clearly a them issue not a me issue. No apology, no refunds. Nothing.
Now, I have a client who failed to pay for a domain renewal in time for an auto renewal. No notification, no manual renewal, domain expired. I paid the 50 pounds to have it reinstated on Monday. Ash said got the payment, it'll be up in 8 hours or thereabouts - today still nothing and now he's blocked me on WhatsApp. And today I find the same thing has happened to another of my clients.
